After graduating from Georgia Southern University, Chef Ian Peckel attended Johnson and Whales University in Vail, CO, where he received his Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. He spent five years in Vail working for such prestigious restaurants as the Cordellia Golf Resort and Allies Cabin in the Beaver Creek Club.
